Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Chef Key Responsibilities:

A talented, driven and approachable Chef with a minimum of 3 years previous experience:

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and effi cient service.

Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.

Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency throughout all stages of production and supply, including maintaining portioncontrol of all dishes.

Ensure hygiene standards are always achieved and hygiene regulations areenforced.

Maintain high standards of presentation and behaviour throughout the kitchen andmaintain a clean and organised work environment.

Available to work on a 7-day rotating roster and weekends.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Chef or similar role

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

Ability to work well under pressure to a high standard
